Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the profitability of the restaurant
- Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
- Handle issues relating to authority – NEA, MOM, licencing…etc
- Lead and supervise the team of staffs
- Handles all feedbacks from customers
- Attends monthly management meeting
- Handles staff related matters – duty roster, leave, MC…etc
Job Requirements :
- At least 3 years of working experience in F&B industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Excellent people management skill
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to work long hours
Service Crew / Cook
